I had a very lucky stop at a random liquor store this afternoon while out of town.

Some nice bottles there. I haven’t had the EH Taylor Single Barrel, but I’ve got a bottle of the Small Batch and it’s pretty good stuff.

I think I would enjoy baseball :)

Everyone needs to go to a baseball game at least once in their life.

I hope I get a chance buddy :)

Looks like Sheffield has a team. Pretty great name, too. 😎

Got the Sherman barlow and the K'roo lamb today. Hope everyone is having a good Friday.

I like the red accents on your K’roo, Paul.

Glad to see you’ve been using that #25, Alain. 🙂

Handy setup you’ve got there, and that Coke bottle opener is cool!

I had my stag HHB and my Burlap Micarta #72 (not pictured) with me today.

Love this pair. The clip shape on the fixed is 👌🏼. I don’t recognize the mark…but I know I like it. Copper and black is always gonna be a winner.
Thank you Jon! I'm very particular about a clip shape, but this Stonehocker nails it. Still haven't managed to keep/carry a clip point folder since the Buck of my youth, your 44 was the closest I came. I love the patina coming in on her, and your Viper is a perfect companion. Now that I think of it - brass, copper, 1095, bronze - I just love patina. Metal can improve with age just like us, right? 😅

Hope everyone has the perfect weekend. Carried this most excellent pair today, Menefee Dogleg and a Redmeadow Cowbell.

Wonderful pairing, and a great pic
Thanks, Jack! I’m enjoying having a small fixed blade in the pocket.
Mabel needed some accessorizing today.View attachment 2243690
Cool sleeveboard, Bob!
Thanks Bart. It’s relatively new to the stable. A 31 1/2 and it’s extremely well made. The handle material has started to shrink, I guess, and there’s a gap between them and the bolster, but it’s at least as old as I am and in way better shape! 🤣
It’s in the pocket again today. View attachment 2243875
Looks to be in really nice shape. The lamb recover you had with it isn’t too shabby either 👍
Calendar shot right there. 😎👍
Thanks Todd!
Cool photo of the ballpark, Bart!:thumbsup::cool: The players look quite small through the camera lens; do they look bigger to the naked eye while you're watching the game? I was amazed to read later that you got $5 tickets to a MLB game!😲 I watched a July 5, 1974 Cubs-Braves doubleheader from the left field bleachers at Wrigley Field. The bleacher seats cost only a buck but that was 49 years ago!

They were small but definitely bigger than they look in the picture. Big enough to recognize the players I knew and big enough for $5. Dollar tickets at Wrigley sounds amazing!
Eureka and Farmers Jack for Friday :)
