The walnut handle isn't as beautiful as it was going to be in my head, but the overall design worked well. Better description and pics here.

I ordered a morakniv 2000 blade blank and a block of ironwood. I’ll post pictures when I get done with putting them together if I don’t screw it up.

Just had this Buck 110 commemorative and coin delivered from Walmart for $37.51 total. Best thing I ever purchased from Wallyworld that's for sure. So I am toting this around today.

I was inspired by Modoc ED Modoc ED and his willingness to make the 200 mile round trip to Tractor Supply. So, I ventured out on my own 1 mile journey to my local TS. 🤪🤪 Didn’t really need anything, but I did end up with their exclusive Case in Olive Green Bone with the cool shield. Fit and finish is great on this one. It’ll replace the Grohmann in the pocket for at least the weekend. IMG_1335.jpeg

This kind of post really gets me tired of this forum. I didn’t even know this shield existed, and then I zoomed in on it. And then I Google mapped the nearest tractor supply…. Agh

I hear ya … like I said, Modoc ED Modoc ED got me thinking I haven’t been to TSC in awhile … next thing you know, I have another Case to add to the already way too large menagerie!!! Sorry to be an enabler!!

It took me a year just to figure out how to use the "quote" option on this forum... Sorry you're under constant surveillance there, but at least they can't stop you from finding and cutting cake. Here, you can just forget to pay your phone bill and they stop watching/listening. 🤣 🤔
