I stopped smoking almost three weeks ago after 27ish years of it. It's been.... a bit miserable but generally positive.
For those of you who have never smoked, you're welcome for the increased share of taxes I've paid over that amount of time.



(That is more of a dig at myself for the stupidity of addiction)
My guilty pleasure is typically a honey bun. For those of you who are not familiar they are prepackaged, trash pastries dripping with sugar syrup and cinnamon. Usually sold in gas stations or convenience stores.
Oddly, in these past few smoke free weeks I have not craved a honey bun... But have developed a new addiction to pears and eat at least one or two a day. Worse things out there I suppose.
The home made friction folder makes a fine fruit knife. It's really nice for food... So it had to retire from the side pocket and move to the lunch bucket.
