They were made to be used! I always feel bad when I take them our at the end of the day to clean and oil them, and realize I’d never used one.

I used the Barlow to cut a bunch of stems out of my Day Lilies that were producing seed pods instead of blooms. I reckon I will find out if that straightens out with them what I want them to do.

I refuse to answer the door when that motherless S.O.B. comes knocking. Him and Old Man Winter (and their kids) are not my "friends".
Sadly, it seems the neighbors answer their door when he gives up on mine, and let him in.

Carried this one today when we went out for dinner to Lake Villa , Illinois to one of our favorite restaurants . " Reflections " serves some pretty good Polish food which includes Pickle Soup . I had this one in my pocket . It was carried in one of JohnDF 's slips .

My wife wanted me to also take a photo of it with the Cabbage that we have growing in our raised garden .

When we returned I changed it out for one of my favorite Users , this old TEW Lambfoot

Nice trio of knives, pleasant color in those smooth bones major. The bonus pictures were a treat to view as well, really nice nature shots.

The 77 joins the now Sunday regular carry - which I am now coining as “Split Back Sunday”.

1st rate combo there, Jeremy. I especially like the covers on that whittler. I would love to see GEC or some others use that linen micarta on some regular runs.
