That's a fine looking harness jack.![]()
Slow day today but regardless, an able knife is always at hand. This CV Case Sowbelly fills that role nicely. Eggs over easy and sausage for breakfast.

Nice photo! I believe I have the same maker’s watchband.

Playing with these two this morning along with a couple modern folders. The 81 has been in the pocket most of the week, I suspect that trend will continue. I really love the way the Osage has darkened over the course of pocket time.

Thank you! This revolver is the first I ever bought and it started my love for Smith revolvers. It is a 4” 686-4.Beautiful fixed-blade. And I don't think I've commented before, but you have excellent taste in revolvers as well.
You've reminded me of my grandma's button box RachelMy mother had one too, lots of interesting stuff in there!
Hope you're having fun with your mom

A while ago, I pulled all of the weeds out of the gravel around the walk by the garage leading to the front door. Mostly clover, with a couple of thistles, and a wild black raspberry that I presume was a gift from birds sitting on the bushes, and expelling the seeds after eating berries.
While marveling at the relentless ability of weeds to grow anywhere and everywhere, I remembered that the seed packet on my basil seeds said they grow well in sandy/gravelly soil. They were right.View attachment 2284191View attachment 2284192
