What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

If I have to replace any of my gas cans, I will trawl garage sales, and flea markets.
I have one of the California mandated new ones, and it’s the only one that causes me to spill gas.

Ha😁
I love when wildlife cooperates.

I always linger on your posts, Trav. Great collection. But when you show this dead mint four line Camillus Easy Open Jack, I get to see what my Grandpa’s favorite knife looked like when he first bought it. Other than a cheap Hammer brand pen, and an also cheap Imperial Barow, the Camillus was his best, and for most of his life, his one and only.
These are my two well used specimins, Grandpa’s is on the left. Broken secondary spring, and heavy sharpening loss. The other, worn, but not so severly, is the one I found to use, since I thought it best to retire Grandpa’s knife.View attachment 2291111
Thanks for the compliments and thank you for sharing your Grandpa’s Camillus. Knives like your Grandpa’s old knife are why we all still enjoy this hobby. We are searching for that connection to something meaningful from the past.

This one has been used so it isn’t perfect, but it is really nice with nice full blades and super strong snap on both blades.

I know. I thought for sure they would scatter when I put the knife up there. I don’t know if it was the heat or what, but they stayed put.

Good looking knife, Jeff.

Finally Friday, toting these two today. Hope quitting time comes quickly for everyone that has one today.

Many thanks my friend, those are two perfect Pens
Being a native californian, I'm not quite certain what the proper knife is for a hurricane. Figured this one would do for this weekend.

At a friends farm today. Bout got sick I ate so many muscadines. These are a seedless variety that are smaller than normal. So good.

Hope is passes and no damage. If you are in the path, might need something a little bigger
