Tasty looking garden haul. The pepper looks as good as the tomatoes.High Carbon Cattle Knife, made by Camillus for Sears, Roebuck, which I enjoy using. Four blades, and beat up and over sharpened enough that I donβt feel the neef to baby it. Also my Farm & Field Bull Buster.View attachment 2337126View attachment 2337127
Iβm done canning salsa and tomato/vegetable juice, so as they ripen, I bring the stuff into the kitchen to eat as fast as we can, or give to friends. I have to check them every day since they can start to rot quickly. Those get eaten first. No, not the rotten spots!!

Part of the wonders of nature, when thereβs fresh produce sitting around the kitchen, we get fruit flies. A little apple cider vinegar in a mason jar traps scores of them.View attachment 2337169
Yβall have a fine day, my friends!
Thanks for the coffee info.Sure Bob. H. Bean Love Craft Coffee Special Blend from Arkham. The Teddy visuals might have been caused from some Spam I ate.
You are a brave man.I agree Jeff, keep it all or get ready to by new in a month or two.
I always open my wife's shoe closet when this discussion ensues.![]()
Carried all of these today : The small Stag #55 to the dentist . The TEW Lambfoot and the Stag Pruner to trim the yard . The Grohmann to harvest tomatoes and cucumbers .

Sorry to hear that JackI'm laid low with Covid here![]()
The Porch is a nice place to socialize KurtIβm lucky to be enjoying this morning with a big cup of coffee. I do hope everyone facing health challenges does well. When covid hit I really missed hanging out at my favorite brewery. I still miss the socializing a bit but now I enjoy the folks here thank you and this hobby I took up. I stopped drinking during covid and definitely feel healthier. I sure hope to never give up my morning coffee. I do like the caffeine.
Hereβs my HJ Iβll be taking on errands today. Those interior mammoth covers have some stuff going on. I see some weird Innsmouth type faces sometimes. And other times outlines vaguely reminiscent of mysterious regions of Antarctica. Even saw some Teddyβs rocking out in there a week or so ago. Too much coffee.

Beautiful workCarried this one to the tying bench this evening for a little inspiration as I prepare for cooler weather (and trout). What good is a pheasant feather without a few properly tied pheasant tail nymphs??View attachment 2337818
