that isn't "special"?!?Nothing special today, just a Parker Bramha stockman with wood covers. Rides very comfortably in the pocket.

Congrats! That’s an awesome collection.Well as a few of you Will know I have been trying to complete the full set of Blade forums knives . It all started with the first one I got from Brian Smith , the stag Barlow by Queen cutlery , that sparked an interest , and for the last five years I have been hunting down the rest of them . Thanks to the help of some good people and my bank balance being battered lol
I have finally taken delivery today of the last 3 knives that complete the set . I think there is a couple of specials that were not actually the annual knife , that I don’t have . But was lucky enough to find an Eric’s knife. So here is the full set in all its glory
God knows what I’m going to do now I have them allView attachment 2365585

That's great to hearThanks for that sentiment, Jack - very much appreciated.
Everything went smoothly, and I am already up and walking around today. The advances that have been made in surgical techniques are truly mind-boggling.
Great-looking pair Steve
One heckuva knife!I have been on the hunt for one of these for a little while, and this one arrived about 15 minutes before I walked out the door to head to the airport yesterday. I threw it in my checked bag and didn’t even get a good look at it until I landed last night, in Texas. Seems like an appropriate carry knife for today while I am here. A huge knife, with perfect action on all 4 blades. Looking forward to using this one.

Nice fish!#86 today. Went after rainbows this evening. I hooked three; this was the only one I got in. Also thought you all might like to see my thirty year old Rapala fillet knife.

Cool table storyThanks! It's a nice oak table, but it's been around for a while and has had 7 rough years since it was drug out of retirement from my parent's attic to serve my family.
The only date I can find on it is 1904 stamped into the large latch to slide the table open to accept the leaves. My grandfather found it in the trash on his block in 1950 or 1951 and rolled it home. It was fixed and finished by a furniture shop sometime in the 60's and has had a few band-aid fixes since then. It went from attic to attic from the early 80's until 2016 when I drug it back out, fixed a few things and refinished it.
Now some of the butt joints on the top are starting to fail and the finish is starting to ware in spots. I am going to strip the finish, disassemble the table, remove the old band aid fixes and make all the necessary repairs before refinishing it again.
To keep on topic: same knife, different day…

Stellar pair Paul
Interesting knifeGood Morning Porchsters,
I think this is about as simple a folding knife as its possible to get, a bit of horn and a bit of steel. No spring, the tang on the blade stops against a pin. I have this down as Turkish, bit I could be way off, and maybe used by an old farmer.

It sure has. My friend ChrisHas the 5OT been rescaled?
You are right on GT. Chris knocked it out of the park. This was such a thoughtful gift and I have greatly enjoyed it. It has settled in quickly with my other burlap gemsPlaudits to Chris for his generosity!I recently noticed that he arranged for different types of micarta on his and your knives; very thoughtful how he got you some burlap that matches a couple others of your knives (I think).

Real dandy!
Hey jackknife, it's been a long while since we've chatted! Carrying my gec 15 boys knife. Finally got a clip main and pen secondary model after a long couple years looking. I have some pipes and tobaccos I'm moving if you pm me I'll send you some stuff for free. CheersHaving ended the experiment and going back to my sinfull ways as an incurable knife knut, I have my daily rotation with me. In addition to my ever present Wenger SI in its belt pouch with the LED light, I have my old yellow peanut back in my right pocket. My classic is back on my keyring, and I feel like all is back as it should be. And in memory of my dear old Uncle Paul, I even tucked a very old Christy knife in my tobacco pouch, just in case.
What are you guys carrying today?
Thanks Bart, and I agree. It doesn’t hurt my feelings when I get asked to go out there. We did get a little free time on the last full day there and took that time to go out and visit the Cabrillo National Monument over in Point Loma. What an amazing place! If you’ll indulge me, here are a few pictures I took of the area.Congrats! That’s an awesome collection.

Google translate isn't much help: 'Ihsan Rinay bor' is Bengali for 'Ihsan is older than Rina'.Good Morning Porchsters,
