What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Long overdue thanks to FuzzyH0bbit FuzzyH0bbit for gifting me this beautiful blue piebald AAPK 72 and thanks to waynorth waynorth for expanding my vocabulary to include "piebald". Have a couple of places that the hair has turned white as I aged so thought it was just from getting older. Have a great day, don't forget to fall back if required.

Lovely grain on both !
Thanks Steve :)
I gave up tobacco 30 plus years ago, but I suppose it could be used for it. I figured I might put something as pedestrian as cough drops in it.
Here's a couple more pics of it. It's got a lot going on.

While I always enjoy finding vintage knives in pristine condition, I also seek out those that have led a different existence!! This Case Eisenhower has had a tough go over its ~40 year life. It’s now a ‘single blade’ version. I love the very pocket worn stag on this one and can only imagine the stories it could tell!! (BTW - It’s sitting on my Bills Fred Flintstone water buffalo hat … tough assignment tonight in Cincinnati.)

A cloudy day here in the City by the Bay! Might get a little rain later. Going down to Redwood City to visit my grandkids and taking their aunt along to see them before she heads back to NOLA tomorrow. Keeping me company will be the fancy lamb and the Modoc Special. Enjoy the rest of the day folks! 😀

I started out monochromatic, went piebald, and now, I’m monochromatic again.2953A89F-A8E6-43CF-B700-5AEEAABA59C0.jpeg

@Travman’s still blooming flower beds inspired me to show about the only flowers I have still green ~ Hollyhocks.

A few years ago, I was struck by a stand of them in a country road ditch, so decided I need to grow them. They are biennial/ semi perrennial, so I harvest the seeds in late summer and plant/scatter them. They start growing in the fall, go dormant, then next summer, they’ll get taller than me.
That’s the palm shaped leaf in this pic.2378F58F-17D6-4623-8F5B-EED9D8341262.jpeg
