What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Work carry for the day. Starting to get into small fixed blades...Why do I do this to myself ? I guess I'm going full knifeaholic.

That's a beauty.

I was admiring those 3 pretty Queens I Invoice posted and thought I should post the 2 hard working fellows from years gone by in my pocket. That D2 Bullnose paulhilborn paulhilborn gave to me must have been 5 or so years ago now that knife has served me well Paul and still is and I have put it to the test a few times. The same thing for that Schrade Old Timer 5OT I've put that knife through the paces several times in it's life and I'm still at it. Difference is I bought that one 10 or more years ago and it's one of the best EDC knives I ever had.

Well, we all had to start somewhere.
Instead of a Cub Scout Camp Knife, and a Fish Knife from Grandpa, you just went straight to fancy. Nice knife👌
Thank you sir!

while I have two other slip joints and a few others before, all were modern. AB rinkhalls, CRK Impinda, Spyderco Sprint run Urban...

The whole traditional thing to me is hard to wrap my head around.. Id like to explore more custom traditional's, but maaaan, my wallet starts to fold in on it self when I see prices.

Love the Schrades on parade, Jeff!:thumbsup::cool:

Thank you, sir!
You were asking about companies that made knives for the US military…

I know that Camillus, Imperial, and PAL mafe the USN Easy Open Utility Jack, Camillus made the all steel Demo Knives and the USA marked Camp Knives. And KA-BAR and Camillus made fixed blades and bayonets. Later, Cunetta and Ontario as well.
Case had military contracts, and then there are all those who made the TL-29.
I am sure there were others, but that’s all I know of without looking it up.
Wait~ Cattaraugus, of course.
