Hey Mr. Vince, I don’t know if this was a spontaneous, unplanned snapshot, or a carefully planned out photographic effort, but it’s a great photo, with nice use of light.
Speaking of nice shots…
Nice Stiletto, even more nicer being a gift from a friend.https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjB2NRh
1975 Bone Case Canoe and KC48 Stag Kissing Crane Kris Stiletto. I bought the Case a few years back and the Kissing Crane was a gift from a dear friend. It’s cool and in the Bluegrass State tonight. Thanks for looking.
You have some nice gentlmanly accoutremants, Mitchell. Dig this hat.
Most of my leaves, as well as many bags kindly donated by a townie friend, and the leaves I cleaned up from my neighbor, are safely corralled in fencing bins to break down into leaf mold and compost. But I’ve been waiting for three Norway Maples that have been holding on. This morning, I ser they’re finally dropping.…I’ve got some outdoor chores to finish up (mainly leaves).
I don’t blame her, GT. Depending on what gate you land at, you could be in for a looooong walk at MSP.
I had these two with me today.

My step grandfather had the entire set of Louis L’Amour books, all leatherbound. And they’re now in my book collection. Fun reading if you want to escape for awhile.
Those look delicious! How are you liking that gec fillet knife?2AB today. I caught these rainbows this morning, used this G.E.C. Fillet Knife to dress them.
I usually fillet my fish with an old LL Bean trout knife, but Mrs. Crappie bought me this GEC a couple years ago for Christmas. I’ve only used it a handful of times. It’s stiffer than I like, but I guess it’s like anything; if you get used to it, it would be fine. Those look delicious! How are you liking that gec fillet knife?

I’ll assume it was pure skill.
Speaking of nice shots…
That sun looks like some weather is coming.
Nice Stiletto, even more nicer being a gift from a friend.
I figure you sharpen it with crock sticks?
Or the bottom of my coffee cups.

I have a bunch of wide brim hats that I wear, partially due to having had a little basal cell carcinoma before, and partially just cuz I like them.
Around here, 99.9999% of guys wear some form of baseball cap, and I have a bunch of those as well, but I think those guys just conform to the norm, and are secretly jealous of my manly style.
Or not.

Speaking of big airports, ever been to Denver International? You have to board a train to get from the gates to the baggage claim.
Enjoy that open water while you can!
Thanks, Bart!
Opinels will cut. Anything.
What model is that?
I have two #10s, one Carbone, and one Stainless, and I was thinking of modding the handle of one similar to yours to slim it down.
Nice Grohmanns, Dan.
And I admire your ability to remain still and appear non-threatening!
Wow! Very lean, and extra thick cut bacon!
I’d drive a few extra miles for that bacon
It is a beautiful time of year!
And thank YOU for your USAF career, John!
Much respect, Chief.

AF, thanks for showing the stiletto some love! Tbh, it has never been sharpened. The spots on the blade is rub rash. I’ve only carried it a couple times, including yesterday. Have a great day.Hey Mr. Vince, I don’t know if this was a spontaneous, unplanned snapshot, or a carefully planned out photographic effort, but it’s a great photo, with nice use of light.
