I went up to NYC at the beginning of December for Mom's 90 birthday. Had a great time. Picked up my first case of Covid for a souvenir.Feeling better now.

Both my parents are in their 90s now, and it dawned on me that their longevity could be inherited & I'd better take care of my health if I want to be as mobile and pain-free as possible. Mom is vegan and walks everywhere, and Dad is kind of the opposite, with a sweet tooth. I'm seeking the middle ground.

Looks like an interesting course. That said by someone who has worked commercial nuclear power for almost 40 years.Spent the week at work in this Radiation Detection course. At the end of the week the instructor asked “does anyone feel overwhelmed by everything presented this week?” I thought to myself “who wouldn’t?” Next sentence from instructor “Well we did just cover a semester’s worth of graduate courses in one week, so…”
