What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I’ve probably said this before but my dad used to carry an orange one of those Normarks and every time someone posts one it reminds me of his.
Plan B looks pretty good also Bart, so does that little Boker. 😎👍
Thanks Todd. It’s not skiing but we’re making the most of it.
Thanks Bart, I like the patina the boker is collecting. I have one from that Barlow release and it's a fantastic knife. Inspired now to give it some pocket time :)
Thanks Paul. I think it deserves some pocket time. They’re really well-made knives.
Bart, Sacto Sacto , these are the only two cows I own. But I do have a kick ass Cattle knife ;)

A nice knife and an even better painting Jim. That’s really cool. I’ve got a bunch of cattle but no cattle knives. I should probably remedy that. I do have several stockmen though. I guess my beer and sausage is kinda like a cattle knife. Let’s be honest, I do more eating, drinking, and facial hair combing than actual work, so I guess that’s all the cattle knife I need 🤣

I love it.
But those shotguns… I thought they banned sawed off shotguns in England.🤔
Yeah, even when you could still get a shotgun relatively easily here, the barrels had to be something like 24" (if I remember correctly). Some imports had to have extension barrels welded on (looked ridiculous)! Both sawn-off shotguns, and armed robbery, have been illegal here for a long time! :D ;)

Two lovely Lambs gents ! 👍
Thank Steve :)
Things are bigger in Texas. In WY, too :)

Looks like you mean business! :D
Stellar pair Gary :)
It is a cold and snowy day here, but man is it beautiful!

I thought I would return my brand new Swiss Army Knife back to its natural habitat. It is a SAK Climber and man I have been missing out not having one till now. I used to carry a Leatherman for the longest time, but my wife misplaced it, so now this SAK takes its place.

One of my favourite SAKs :)
A fine pair of workers David :)

Superb Steve
Its not raining cats and dogs but rhinos and elephants these last few days and its colder.😅

Main road into town near me has been closed as its impassable with flooding. 😮

So I decided to stay in today (wimp),wet so stainless plus in house so can use one of my few lock blades.

I modified this myself so it fits the hand better.

Like a buck 110 perfect for woodsy/tough stuff.

Keep your powder dry John!
Handsome pair Mitch :)
Yeah, I guess I am little thick, it took me a couple years after losing the Leatherman to buy her a knife. I ended up getting her one of the tiny SAK's with cats on it so she would want to carry it, of course it stays at home on her couch side table now, but at least she uses it.

Maybe if you sneak a 58mm size SAK onto her keyring she won't know about it until she needs it? It sounds like she is a pretty self reliant kind of person though!

My wife said the same thing about ladies pants pockets when I first suggested she carry a knife.
I gave my ex a Vic Climber. She took it everywhere with her - airports, court buildings, schools, college 😖 She never knew which bag or pocket it was in of course! Must have flown with it a dozen times, and got away with it every time! 🫣🤔

A fine pair of workers David :)
Thanks Jack. They served me well.
I start with a large thank you to Wayne@way-barney for my new J Blyde pen knife. He thought the stamp, a circle with genius in the middle, would apply somewhere. Mensa will never open it's door to me.😃
Hope no one has to shovel much snow.View attachment 2448395
