The Bucs won the division for the third straight year and get to play at least one more week. Maybe my White Owl was the lucky charm. GO BUCS! 🏴‍☠️View attachment 2449349

OUCH!!!.
What is not shown? The inside must be phenomenal.
The interior was gutted and remodeled. The realtor staged the house with new appliances and furniture. I’m pretty sure the new owners had a lot of the staging removed. I’m wondering if they know that neighbors next door are hoarders but I’m guessing they will find out soon.

I think what is not shown is the state of San Francisco real estate. The price of SF real estate is bonkers! Beautiful area to visit and eat in though.

Location, location, location.
Not trying to upset anyone with this question, but is SF really that great or is it more personal preference? No way under the sun or moon would I pay that amount of money for a house where I can hear my neighbor think.
Guess my redneck, country boy is coming out. For that amount of money there better be acres with the house

As close as the houses are, that will suck.

Living in the City has its advantages and disadvantages. Being able to ride my motorcycle year round for the last forty years is a blessing. Being able to have just about any cuisine you can imagine delivered to your door is also a bonus. Oh, did I mention that it’s always spring or fall year round. On the other hand traffic sucks a lot of times and our city government doesn’t seem to have a clue. But it’s the place where my bride and I decided to raise two wonderful kids and if we had the chance to do over we wouldn’t change a thing. 😀

I understand. I grew out in the counting the deep south and now live in a city because when it was time to purchase another home, we knew my job would keep me on the road. We wanted my wife to be near friends and family. We made our choice. Having worked from home for almost two years, being in a city has taken a toll on me.
I spent two years in South Florida working and totally get the weather aspects. It is nice to wear shorts and flip flops year round. Also spending time in South Florida I get the traffic sucks.

Not upset at all. I have only vacationed there with my wife before we had kiddos.

San Francisco is a great place to visit for a lot of the reasons SF fanatic said. The best burrito hands down I have ever had was near the airport in SF...I still have dreams of that burrito. There is also things like the Temple of the Arts and Muir Woods which are just sublimely beautiful. Plus Alcatraz is a pretty cool experience.

Having said all that, my wife and I could not afford to raise a family there on our current salaries because of the cost of living and real estate prices, at least not to the standards we want. We ended up buying a house in a small town without backyard pointed to a state park, so I definitely get the idea of room think.
