What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Sleet and snow have been coming down all day here and projected to continue through tomorrow. Apparently that makes pets think they need to find a comfy warm place to nap. I was about to get up to get some lunch when this happened. She is kindly holding onto my current carry, a SAK Climber for me.

Adorable!!😊
John 😁

I wish my Aussie-Doodle felt that way about wet weather. He whines at the doors trying to get out to play in the mud. 🤦‍♂️

Thank you. Even though I am married, I can confidently say she is my cutest coworker (don't tell my other cat or the dog).

Lol, what a coincidence. I had a Aussie highschool that would do the same thing. We would have to leave a pail of warm water by the door to wash his feet as he came in so mud wouldn't go everywhere. He was not a fan of footbaths lol.

She is adorable. Of our 5, two will do that about 10 minutes before I call it a day. There have been times where I fall asleep for a couple of hours before they get up.

It's 34 F, wind at 20 gusting to 35, every other raindrop is a snowflake. So it seemed to be a good idea to brew a nice cup of Joe and share it with Peckerwood. Fresh ground medium roast Guatemala for my fellow coffee lovers. And by ground, I mean in a burr mill, not a mini blender.

Quest the Cocker thinks it's a fine idea too.

The interior was gutted and remodeled. The realtor staged the house with new appliances and furniture. I’m pretty sure the new owners had a lot of the staging removed. I’m wondering if they know that neighbors next door are hoarders but I’m guessing they will find out soon.
Brother I wouldn't wish that on anyone, used to live next to some. Large double truck garage full in back, carport in driveway full. He parked and worked on his boat on the footpath, with v8 outboard. Also had a pajero SUV on the footpath that didn't run, was the boat and fishing supplies storage shed. Had a large Avery out the back you can imagine what that was like. I went out the back 1 night to find the dog taking on a 40cm rat that had come from next door. All the neighbours had to keep an eye out for mice and rats. The husband in particular couldn't have cared less.

Mice and rats are the issue there too! If you look at my daily pic it’s the house with the large cypress tree. There’s three storage sheds with people living in them. The city has been out and told them they need to go but they haven’t been taken down yet.

Thank you! Her name is Inara and she is a real sweetheart.

Cats can really be soothing. I have fallen asleep more times than I can count after she curls up with me on the recliner.
