What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Jack Black Jack Black , I'm aware your knowledge centers mostly around Sheffield's cutlery operations but, having likely forgotten more than I'll ever know about European pocket knives, do you have any insight into this one as far as manufacture date, pattern history, and materials used - or barring that, knowledge of a resident expert on such things?

I've searched and searched, but have not found an image of any other like it.

As you probably know, this is another of Harvey's collection fished from the 'Bay - but after reading through the posts I could find concerning it on this forum, I'm still left with very sparse details. Any information that you, or others could provide would be most appreciated!
