Thank you very much for the kind words Mr@primble . I actually have those 3 Northfields too but can't do photos to come close to being as good as yours are . Remind me tomorrow and I will post them and a Case Granddaddy Barlow . in the Sunday thread . By the way , Colonial also made a Granddaddy Russell commemorative that is way heavier than the Case and it is actually very well made .

I guess why wait for tomorrow for the Grandaddys????

We made a quick trip to the mountains this weekend. Spent the night, and got some fresh snow overnight. Skied today and back home before the big storm hits. Supposed to get a couple feet of snow tomorrow. Beer and sausage in my pocket.

As for me ............ woke up to -6 degrees this morning . Today .... we get to start a slow warmup towards the 50's this week and I'm looking forward to it.

I mentioned the bases being covered, but, it ain't about bases around here today. It's about touchdowns. I won't be telling who I'm rooting for ........ well .... not exactly.

It is Jer The tube originally held some sort of Victorian tablets, but it was empty when I bought it, so I thought I'd repurpose it

Some Mace Vitali stag and forged 1084 for Stagurday. The sheath was made by Paul Long. EJ is along for the little stuff.
