What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I've only just noticed that one of the virtues of the copperhead is that it protects your tender pocket linings from the sharp edge of the tang.
Not that I remember ever having a tang-edge chew through a pocket lining.

I can't decide, but I don't have to until this afternoon.

Four Friction folders for a change of pace.
N. COBEGA (may be "CODEGA") Premana. Italian or Spanish, I forget.
MAM (non-locking) Sheepsfoot. (Inox blade. They stopped producing knives with carbon steel a couple years b4 I bought mine. 🥺)
Opinel N°6 dressed in Olivewood. I don't use the lock ring, but haven't bothered to pop it off. It ain't hurting anything, and s'not like it engages automatically. "Inox" as "required" on everything that does not have a beechwood handle. 🥺
Higonokami #10; brass handle, Blue Steel #2 blade.
(And the "Required" long term/permanant carry Toferner neck knife.)

Snowed night before last and as temperatures rose during the day yesterday, it turned to rain and then as the temperatures cooled last night it snowed through the night. Headed to town in a couple of hours. We're thinking about having lunch at the Stock Yards. Haven't carried this Scout Trapper lately so I'll carry it today.

Feeling on top of the world with these two in the pockets today!
I feel blessed to have been able to acquire some very nice knives lately, but the 93 is really something special! @waynorth really knocked it out of the park with that one!

Nice ones for WW !

Primble Primble , I always think that feather on the opinel is fantastic. It’s like scrimshaw. Sorry if you told the story before, but did you carve/engrave it?

After I bought it off our Exchange, I inquired further. The metal was acid etched by Matt Henry and the laser etching on the handle was done by RE Robison. This is what I was told by the owner when I purchased it. I wish I was as talented as they were! 😊 The two feather's ... one on each side .... come together at the quills.;)
