What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Put this combination together for carry today on my belt - a Buck 501 Squire sheath and a Case Peach Seed Crimson bone SS 6347 Stockman. We're going to a funeral over in Lakeview, Oregon this afternoon with a pot luck feed bag afterwards. Utensils are always hit and miss in most church kitchens so it'll be a plus to have a clean, crud free, SS knife at hand to cut my food to manageable pieces. The Case 6231 1/2 Swell End, Capped Jack will ride in my front pocket.

Black box Winchester smooth bone moose and an Ulster whittler with some age and several miles on it. That is some honest pocket wear on the jigged bone whittler. Someone prior to me got a lot of use outta that old knife. Blade wear as well but still retains very good snap opening and closing.:)

It's it just me, or does this one just keep getting better?!

I know it's a poor-man's substitute, but I recently ordered a Remington R4243 Camp Knife and I believe you're mostly to blame!

Just like Armadillo, but without all the leprosy!

I'm carrying this surprise hit! Not usually a huge fan of anything other than big and beefy folders - descriptors such as "slim," "lightweight," "small," and "disappears in my pocket!" usually have me looking elsewhere, BUT - I picked up this cocobolo #13 on a whim and it's a different animal than what I was expecting. It's not so much that it's spending time in my pocket, more like: I really can't put it down. It's essentially been in my hand since I popped the tube. Also, my first corset shield!

I don’t have a darned thing planned today. Decided to stay home and save some money for my retirement rig I saw yesterday.

I would only have to sell 160 knives at $500 a piece to pay for it. Anyone interested in a Schrade 34OT for $499??? 😁
