Handed this to my fiancé today to open some groceries and got a “you really need to sharpen this one” and the words “well new GEC isn’t usually that… oh no no no you’re using the wrong side!” Followed from me! No fingers were harmed in the making of this post

Case 2318 today on my trip back from Tennessee

A one week trip turned into a three week trip. The shop needed a new roof. I didn't do most of the work. Hired a couple of local guys that actually knew what they were doing - as opposed to me ;) I mostly handed them stuff 😛

I did do some work on the laundry room roof. I expected a broken pipe of two as Tennessee had some brutal sub-zero temps. The plumbing was fine, but roofs (rooves?) were leaking all over the place ☔

The only two slip joints I carried for three weeks. Which just goes to show that I don't need more than a couple of knives and that I find the combination of a clip, a sheepsfoot and punch pretty wonderful 🤩

Good Morning Porchsters,

This little Queen Barlow is ending up in my pocket more and more lately, very handy size. I like the build and steel is ok too. In fact after having the stockman in this series also, another cracking knife, I am going to get the whole bunch of them.
