I got 26 years out of my last Weber, replacing the burner tubes once and the grates and diverters a couple times. It was getting harder to find the replacement parts so I thought why not retire old red.Nice grill. I have the smaller model Spirit. You won't need it for a spell, but know that eventially the burner tubes will likely rust/burn out. There's an outfit that makes burner tube replacement kits for Spirit grills. I bought one of those kits and installed it; and it was like getting a whole new grill for a whole lot less than buying a new one. Worth remembering.
My brother has my folks Webber Kettle that they bought in the early 1960s and I used it last summer to BBQ some ribs and it’s still going strong! I have a newer version and it’s great!I got 26 years out of my last Weber, replacing the burner tubes once and the grates and diverters a couple times.
