What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

RickHuf, subtle but captivating grain on that one. 🥰 I carried Roper and Beni today.

Nice grill. I have the smaller model Spirit. You won't need it for a spell, but know that eventially the burner tubes will likely rust/burn out. There's an outfit that makes burner tube replacement kits for Spirit grills. I bought one of those kits and installed it; and it was like getting a whole new grill for a whole lot less than buying a new one. Worth remembering.
I got 26 years out of my last Weber, replacing the burner tubes once and the grates and diverters a couple times. It was getting harder to find the replacement parts so I thought why not retire old red.

My brother has my folks Webber Kettle that they bought in the early 1960s and I used it last summer to BBQ some ribs and it’s still going strong! I have a newer version and it’s great! 😋

I think this might be the double-headed eagle of the ecumenical patriarchate of Mount Athos and the Greek Orthodox Church in general.

It has the crown above and is clutching a crowned orb.
Even though it's stamped Czechoslovakia on the other side. Maybe an SFO for the Ecumenical Patriarchate Club.

I bought it yesterday for $3.
I have to aspire to make it a new shield, but with my skills...
