Nice knife! Got one of those and it's gotta man's pull also.Had this one in my pocket today, a boy’s knife but wow does it ever have a man’s pull! Not a bad thing as it feels very solid when it’s open.

Thanks Bob. Got everything done that I needed. Thanks kindly Bart.
Hummm, what can I not get done with those two sweet knives? Very nice Bart.![]()
Nice setup! Thanks for sharing. I was a missile elec-mech in the USAF 8 years, and a motorcycle freak since I was 16. 73 now and still loving it. Just not at your level. Stay healthy, enjoy!
Rub a little tung oil in the handle and that wood comes alive.I thought I would finally get the Otter 07 with carbon steel blade. The box said carbon, the blade "rostfrei". The mistake had been made at the factory. Oh well...
I settled to keep this knife and got a small compensation from Lamnia. The lock is without any play, fit and finish is fine and the wood handle looks nice. I did some light sharpening and stropping, the blade is now quite sharp, so all is well. Anyway I do quite a lot of food prep with my knives, so the stainless should work well. No biggie. It's like hippekniep (sodbuster) and Buck 110 had a relationship and this is the result

Congrats! What materials are used for the bolsters and covers?
Alan, in the interest of full disclosure, I've never actually read Atlas Shrugged (although I read The Fountainhead by the same author many decades ago). But I've been a classical mythology fan since my childhood, and have been waiting most of my life for an opportunity to use the phrase/title, and I've admired your Böker Atlas for a while, and it finally clicked.
