The covers on this one are called "Blue Agate ESPL". I'm not 100% certain what ESPL is exactly, but it appears to be similar to micarta.

I also like the "curb cut mat" background; but I'm sure that's not the correct terminology. Do you happen to know what those knobby sidewalk "inlays" are called? I think they're related to ADA laws? (Is the one in your photo from Neenah Foundry in Wisconsin?)

I've never paid attention to see if there is a foundry mark but it seems likely due to proximity to Wisconsin. I'll try and remember to have a closer look on my next walk.
