They do compliment eac other JackNow that is a notable pair![]()
Those are pretty much the coolest covers I can imagine. They have very "vintage" feel to them.
Definitely a rustic look to them. Not bad for being a composite material; Woodland Sawcut Richlite. Those are pretty much the coolest covers I can imagine. They have very "vintage" feel to them.

Great blades matched with great sound system. Having seen photos of the speakers, my neighbors would enjoy what I am listening to.
I'm with Jack, that is an Xtra-fine pair today Paul! Love love that old M&G. Balls away!Old M&G Schrade Spey and the GL-24 today.
Thanks for the info on generational runners, Rob.LOL GT .......... my son didn't go through that phase, fortunately for me.
Thanks for the comments. I would expect you to be a fan of spear blades, since you favor a Canoe.I love clip blades.
Excellent photo of a splendid knife, Greg!74 Stallion again today. Shot of the pile side complete with bone crack at center pin. It came that way from the dealer new in 2017. I filled with CA glue at the time and after 7 years and a fair amount of use, heavy and light, its been stable. It certainly isn't as noticeable in hand as it looks in this pic.

Good advice toNo. Take nothing but the Soldier. You will need the room for Spanish knives.
I have one very similar to that, but it still has most of its "brown skin". I'll post a pic of it that even has orange in it.![]()
Oldie from late 70s early 80s iirc. I need to dye or rescale this thing. It's s on the list.

I like your Imperial Ireland, especially the shield molded right into the handle.![]()

Thank you buddy. All the credit to Glenn.
That's a handsome knife, and it looks very handy, too!View attachment 2648654
A very capable work companion.
Jim your Michigan Lambigator sowbelly is outstanding!
That's my experience with knives, too, Jon. I tend to like whatever knife I'm using, and usually I like 'em more the more I use them.Once I started using it instead of babying it, I really have enjoyed it so much more.
Another impressive photo, Greg!Went Thrifty Thursday stainless today with this Rough Rider sowbelly for work and a bit of target practice at the end of the day. A cheap knife that came very sharp with good snap and pretty decent F&F has to be used from time to time.Amber bone originally but I dyed it with brown and black RIT, maybe 6-7 yrs ago.
