What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Dean is a fantastic maker, all the more impressive to me is that he’s into his 80s, I believe. Truly an inspirational guy. I love the jigging on that one, and pictures can’t capture how perfect the walk & talk is.

I agree. I have this WT he made and think it is well made. Didn't know anything about him. The shield is inlayed perfectly and no chance of snagging one of those antlers.

Recent acquisition Rosecraft. F+F is impeccable, price point is very attractive, country of origin ? I wish it was closer.... These knives are amazingly tight and finished but they lack some "soul" whatever that is ... The sleeping cat is Nefertiti, she's an outdoor stray who adopted us and will hopefully survive a long time despite the coos and bobcats that abound here.IMG_7410.jpegIMG_7413.jpegIMG_7411.jpeg

I had to get new tyres today,I dont normally set out when its raining but I had booked.

Once I was out it felt like I was out,out and it was quite warm about 18C.

I sat outside for lunch which was breakfast... 😅

Some rain and the roads were filthy from farmers, mud and floods.

I kept saying just a few more miles and I will turn back,I hate getting my bike dirty.

I took my stainless Spanish knife (in a plastic bag) and my new lighter pocket EDC a Bantam and space pen (folding over the leather flap so I dont lose it.

Dont forget Johnny's rule, when anywhere near a Harley dealership park your Kawasaki as close to the main door as possible as they really appreciate it. 😁
