Congratulations on the new grandson. Our grandkids, and great grandkids are scattered all over the country. We don't get to see them very much, so we have to keep up keep up with them using FaceTime.

I had an appointment with my pulmonologist today. I have slightly more scar tissue in my lungs, but over all she was happy with my lack of progress. When you have a progressive disease, progress is the last thing you want

While I was waiting to see the doc, I discovered that I dressed, left the house, and drove to town without a knife in my pocket

I can't remember the last time that happened. I think it may have been in the seventies.
Fortunately, I had this RR equestrian knife in the car. As it turns out, I didn't need to cut anything or help any horses, but still...I felt a little undressed

When I was "young" in the 1950's and 1960's (and in all the years pocket knives were affordable and common before I arrived in 1955) a man was more likely to forget his trousers (and knife) than just his knife.
