I had a routine follow-up appointment with my pulmonologist this morning. She wants to see me every three months or so. I think she likes me
After escaped from the clutches of the medical complex. I stopped by the grocery store and picked up some meatloaf for dinner tonight...or maybe this afternoon considering how good it smelled in the car on the drive home



Given the quantity, I'll probably get two meals out of it
