What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I'de like to turn the blades blue like on my Queen city Canoe. I think after they patina for a while, silver polish takes the stains out and you get the blue affect.

Steve, if you ask over in Maintenance I'll bet you'll get some direct info on the exact procedure.

So true, Mike. I spent some time refining (read sharpening and scratching) the blades of my MM 5301 earlier today. The clip blade almost cut me just looking at it!

I never thought of calling sharpening and scratching "refining".. I like that :D

I have a few knives that were really refined when I was learning how to sharpen

This new guy from Rick Menefee just took its rightful place in my right front pocket!

Wow I like that Hampton.

Here is what I'm toting around. Did a fantastic job on a lime at a Christmas party last night!

nice color on the Hampton trapper blades. My last custom was a Jim Serven. I really need to get one one of these years.

My Hampton BackPocket has been in my front pocket for a while now. I was unsure about the size at first, a little over office rules, but no one has raised an issue so..... I just touched it up on the leather strop and it is back to perfect again.
