Getting back into my daily routine with a trip to town and chow at the Wagon Wheel Cafe. No breakfast. This Ebony Scout Trapper in my pocket.

We also have some black snakes that live in the wood pile. They keep the mouse population down, and when the black snakes are around, we don't see any copperheads, or rattlers. This one's a good 6' long.
There are some nasty, brown, water snakes in the stream that runs through the property, that have to be killed off every Spring, or we won't have any frogs or small fish. It's illegal to kill them in PA......... but if I were to kill them, I'd use my S&W 686, or J-Frame, with .38 Special birdshot.

Not me.
I'd use a 6 or 8 guage shotgun, no choke, 4.5 ounce ( 6g) or 4 oz. (8 g) of # 5 or #6 lead shot ... unless a flame gun was an option, since nuking them isn't an option.
