A Mora picked up whilst in the UK at one of the glass factories there in the early 80's, begged it off one of the workers, modified the blade to a clip point and carved in a guard like area to make it a bit more safer...

That's a great Big Chief and good luck on your quest!

Thank you P! It's a Boker 940 scout/camp. I haven't seen too many of them on the net but other folks must have some stuck back. It was an late 70's - early 80's production I believe...SS blades/rosewood scales.

Thanks for the additional information and picture. Funny how a knife suddenly catches one's attention, eh?

That GEC is a joy to see every time!

Thanks! It's a favorite favorite for sure, especially given the blade selection. Thanksgiving season seems to be bringing out a hankering for stag, of which I'm fortunate to have these two beauties from which to choose:

Love those older Frost's Moras!

Thanks guys, and yes having the carved out area for the guard helps to locate better than before, as it was oval and you could easily mistake things!

They had these in their company store room for the maintenance guys would get issued to them, with the laws in the UK now, I wouldn't think they still do this!

Edge is still fairly convexed with a small bevel at the very edge, handy little knife!

That'll do. :-)

Also? I've sent you a Private Message on how to display your spankin' new user group instead of "registered user."

Nice avatar. :)

Got it, thanks! Wish the good folks at Hewlett Packard would hire you as a technical writer, as your instructions were much easier to follow than what I received with the printer I just bought from them. Thanks again.
