Yes, it's the same with my Ebony White Owl, smooth indeed.
After kitchen duty, veg prep with my new Aitor I fell into a knife sharpening-spree....went out for a VERY short walk around the block (it's -24c today
) with a very keen Tidioute 73 liner-lock in Stagbone.
