What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

yeah now your just rubbing it in!
but i dont think i could blame you either

now if only my black pioneer will finally come in, ordered 2 weeks ago to find out they "currently" out of stock, but expecting more "soon"
and maybe just maybe i can win me a green one :D

That's not rubbing it in. This is. :p
BTW: You need a black farmer to go with the pioneer.... see below.

I never had much interest in the SAKs but all these colored alox knives are making me think I need one. That green is great.
I like the colors too. I have to admit, the silver ones look great with the right fob. I really need to get one of those old school farmers.... With the old cross.

Carrying this old Camillus I won in Vanguard's giveaway about a year ago, and my clip-point Charlow :)

Breakfast

This Geppetto Whittler is acquiring a patina rather quickly. So much so that the text on the blade is no longer visible. I can see why some people would have collected this knife and not used it - but I'm an enthusiast, not a collector. Wonderful knife. Takes a very sharp edge.

Here's what I've got today. Going big... and small. ;)
The Anton Wingen is a really neat one; I like to imagine that it may have been carried by a spy, sneaking past border checkpoints somewhere in Eastern Europe.

Being European i have been carrying a series of French made knives for the last six months or so and nice hand made knives they may be i found myself hankering for a Peanut in my watch pocket,so over the weekend i treated myself to a Chestnut Bone CV Nut and almost straight away ground down the pen blade into a sheepsfoot, much more usefull. Today i ordered a Slimline Trapper, Mini Trapper and Pen all in yellow delrin & cv steel. I think my EDC rotation is going to be fun...

Duane, nice pair you've got today. Looks like you've got all the bases covered.

Andy, nice to see you're taking to this one, after all. Sure is a sweetheart. Looks very robust, even though it's rather compact, and the stag is really great. Each time I see yours, I have a stronger desire for one of my own!

Had to struggle through more pyro firings today. Uncle Andi's great gift, the Weber Messer, has duly been in service.

Grail knife today. Almost standard-issue around here, but she's still my baby. If you're reading this Darryl, I can't thank you enough. It's pictured on the grate of my vintage Leland child's accordion. Not a very childish instrument, except that it will make an utter fool of the player at even the slightest provocation.
