Nice to see you around, Kevin.

Busy week, just enjoying the day with my wife and dogs. Menefee dogleg and Steingass drop point, Claude Scott sheath, are with me today.

Have a great day, everyone!

Jack - a wonderful post my friend - very fitting for our 4th of July celebration. Love the little Case knife Gevonovich sent you !!:eek::thumbup::)

P.S. - sometimes - when I get annoyed by all the fireworks - I wish we had just paid our taxes and stayed with ole mother England!!! :D:D:D

Papa Andi, great minds think alike.
This one, for now, though if I go to the fireworks show, I'll probably switch to a SAK in case someone has a bottle that needs opening.:)

Apparently these are being discontinued? Why, Case why? Now I want to buy a spare, but if I start buying spares for all my favorites because I worry about carrying them if they can't be easily replaced.............that way lies madness. And bankruptcy. Anyway, everyone have a great Fourth of July. Even those in other parts of the world.

Thank you my friend, hope all of you in the US (and Americans overseas) have a great day. Happy 4th July

Noooo! The Swaybacks are a great design... :( So sad.

Thanks Gev, just on the sofa this morning. The knife, of course, is the lovely old Case Stockman you sent me a while back :)

Have a wonderful day, my friend. I am heading out to Dads to break some bread. Glad to see the Case is in the fight:D

Happy Fourth of July All! BSA red Delrin medium Stockman for me today.

Cheers,
Griff

Nice work on that chain-link carving. I love my SBJ but never do anything that cool with mine. Such a great knife, it is a shame if they are actually discontinuing it!

Thanks. To be clear, I believe it's just the Chestnut Bone in CV that's discontinued, but it was the only one made in CV. :(

Come on folks, it's Independence Day . . . get with the program! :

Very nice photo and knife Jeff ! I don't have a knife that has an embellishment like that on the blade - but, I will get on the same page a bit later this fine day - it just takes some of us older guys a bit longer to get the job done.:)

I have already taken my pictures - I guess we will see how they turn out. ;)

I can't believe they're discontinuing these either. Good luck finding one like yours (it's exceptional by the way), I've been trying to find one like that and the colors and jigging I've seen lately leave much to be desired. It just makes yours that much more special
