What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

My trio of ebony and blackwood Charlows are all with me today. Guess I still have the fever. ;)

Tom Ploppert Diamond Edge Cattle knife today, CPM 154 and nice stag. The amboyna burl ferro rod was a gift from a friend, yesterday.

Thanks Primble. Not racing related, it's all factory equipment, maybe some of our friends from the other side of the pond recognize what that is?
 
Brought this one out for a brush up.

I still think I should have gone for a two blade model. :)

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence .
That knifes simplicity and beauty of the design would be cluttered up with another blade in my humble uneducated Antipodean opinion :)
