Black Mamba recently posted a thread on a Schatt Barehed Trapper he got, simply wonderful knife in my view:thumbup:

Caused me to put a lowly CASE Slimline Trapper-Yellow in my pocket today. Horrendously sharp and a fine food/snack prep knife Although the Queen equivalent is 'posher' there's something about the Barehead version I prefer all the way:thumbup:
