What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Leatherman Micra

Jason, while I also carry a Leatherman Micra daily, it's hardly what we would consider a "traditional knife" and is more of a compact multi-tool. Not really what we were going for in this thread.
(Don't take that as anything other than a heads up. We welcome your contributions in this forum.:cool:)

Just for a couple of days, but I do love the Case lockback and the peanut.

Just got a rough rider sow belly, "moonshiner" version in the mail today. First Rough Rider and first sow belly. I like the pattern, and this little guy has less gaps than my last Case mini muskrat, and they come with a tiny flask to drink the "made in China" part away. ;)

Love that Case lockback JatMat, really nice. Today I carried a small white boned Winchester stockman. Only about 3 in. long but a strong little knife. Did all my daily chores with it.

That wharncliffe mini copperhead that Mack (Protourist) suckered me into came in the mail and I carried it this afternoon and tonight. Cute little devil it is. In the same class as a peanut for size. A year ago, I would have never considered owning one because of the small size, but the peanut I won back in August (thanks, Vince) has forever changed the way I look at this class of knife. And, I've made no secrets of my lust for a Wharncliffe blade. Shown here with the Case SB Jack (top) and Craftsman peanut (bottom). Amber bone.

Just don't blame me if it ends up in your wife's pocket and she won't give it back.:D
I know all too well how that happens. "Wow, you bought this for me?";)

Just watch out for Thomason. Rumor has it that Rob is a stone cold killer with a Peanut...

:p

:D
Welcome!

Stag Case peanut. It felt a little strange having only this small blade with me, but after a couple of weeks I realize that this little guy can handle anything I ask of it.

Having ended the experiment and going back to my sinfull ways as an incurable knife knut, I have my daily rotation with me. In addition to my ever present Wenger SI in its belt pouch with the LED light, I have my old yellow peanut back in my right pocket. My classic is back on my keyring, and I feel like all is back as it should be. And in memory of my dear old Uncle Paul, I even tucked a very old Christy knife in my tobacco pouch, just in case.

What are you guys carrying today?

you sound like me. i pack about 4 knives around. if i didn't think the would chuck me in a loony bin i would carry more.
