What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

One fixed and one folder - always. Folder takes on 95% of the cutting and the fixed is there for when it counts. Today it's a Case mini Copperlock and a Snody carbon fiber Menace. Tomorrow I think it's gonna be either my Northfield Toothpick or my Bose/Case Dog Leg Jack along with a Bark River Gunny. Ha. thank god it's the weekend and I can go bigger.

Congrats for 5000th post in this thread!:D:foot::)

I wouldn't have noticed had you not pointed it out! I'm running to the store right now to buy a lottery ticket. Lady luck has finally found me.

Oh, and BTW, I still have that Case Copperlock in me pocket. I really like that one.

Since today is the first morning it actually felt like Fall, I thought Jerry Halfrich's prototype "Tracker" would be a fine compainion:

wow... yet another beauty of a knife... mmmuuussstttt sssttoopp looking at this thread...:o

I decided that the best way to use my collection of knives from my grandfather was to take them out on special occasions and use them. So for the opener of Montana duck season today I broke out the Schrade 50DU. This is a 1988, 50 years of DU Canada edition. I put a quick edge on it with my ceramic crock stick and took off at 5 this morning. the action was great, and I managed a limit. Here is the 50DU finishing up doing what it was meant to do. Beware picture of a dirty knife follows....

I usually carry 3 knives daily. Today I had an extra detail so I carried my SAK, one large tactical folder, and a 4 inch stockman w/SS blades. That stockman has done everything I've ever needed. It wasn't expensive but holds up quite nice.

Can't keep a Slimline Trapper out of my pockets! Would like to try GEC's single blade Barehead version, but no handle takes my fancy yet.

I'm carrying this little one in the watch pocket of my jeans.

That little beauty might just change the way I look at those. Great pic too.
