What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks for the compliment Primble. Some of the pictures you and others post are crazy nice. That's an old table I bought at an antique store. It was built around the 1890's, it was refinished in the late 1930's and not touched up since then. Its simple pine but it has a lot of character and marks that I wish would tell a story of how they got there.

Paul got good results for the Ulster rugby club by pulling out a special knife, so I thought I would give it a try with our local soccer team.

Hoping the lucky Charlow brings a victory tonight.

Ahhh, the knife of my dreams! Beautiful, Scott!👌

You must be a Sacramento man, good luck my friend! :)

Well, Raul may be 37, but he still scored the first goal, and played 60 minutes. His NY Cosmos beat our Republic FC 3-1. But it is just a preseason "friendly." Still 4 weeks of training until the league starts up for real. :)

You'll have to rub it a bit more next time Scott. Great-looking Charlow

Very nice Sam  I'm going to carry these two again today :)

Hanging around at home. It is heavily raining almost the whole day. So I can´t even go out with a walk and Baby Max.

However - a friend of mine will come over to me for some beverage ;)

Carrying ultra small & light today. Peanut (and a LM Micra)

Sorry to hear about the weather Andi, it rained all night here, and most of the morning. Now, the sun is out, so I'll try and send you some over! ;)

Have a great afternoon my friend

Erik - That 72 is nice, a little cold, but nice

Scott - Love that Soup and the patina

Jack - Love those 2, a TC with Soup and an Ebony Classic

Andi - That is a great looking Nut, stay dry

I have this with me today, rain is moving in later to replace the snow :) Thanks Brett:D

Beautiful knife and photo!;)

Thank you Primble. I like this knife. :)

I have to say I agree with the rest of the forum folks who say your photos are top notch. Great detail in all of them. Really enjoy seeing them.

Inspired by Jack Black's Old Friends Friday thread, I brought out this #25 ebony barlow a couple of days ago...

... and haven't put it down since.

(Thanks again, Jack! Your thread's intrinsic prompt has already led to many happy ponderings, mine and others', and I look forward to more.)

It's great to see that lovely knife again P. I'm also enjoying bringing out an Old Friend and getting to know them again. I now have an extra reason to look forward to Fridays :)
