Let's let this one get a little more viewing time. Bettin' on you being quite happy with that stunner!!:eek::eek::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:;)

I've working over at my Dad & Mom's house this morning, cutting out wet wallboard, trying to determine the extent of their water damage. This M KLEIN & SONS works much better than a razor knife - the razor tips break too easily when you bear down. Once I clean up I'll put something a little smaller and nicer in my pocket. OH

Nice knives being posted here:thumbup:

I recently traded into this #68 Buckaroo in Bloodwood covers. I love the straight frame and the stout main Clip accompanied with Sheepfoot and Spey---I cleaned and polished it up and put my own razor edge on the blades. This is going to make a great work knife;)

This one will be carried for my Sons 27th Birthday supper tonight---man they just grow up way to fast:(

Thank you sir, and yes, I'm very, very happy with it! :D BTW, I'm looking forward to watching the Wildcats play in a few minutes.

That is a stunningly beautiful knife - the proportions are perfect! OH

Thanks! I'm fortunate to own a few knives made by Todd, but I believe this one is my favorite. I'm sorry to hear about the damage at your parents' home, but it looks like you're carrying a great knife for the job at hand. Best of luck with the repairs.

Smithhammer - two gorgeous knives today. I have a GEC #62 in elk that I'm very fond of, and I really like the looks of yours.

Paul - beautiful bloodwood scales on your #68. I hope you and your family enjoy your son's birthday supper. My boys are only 11, but I can already appreciate your comment about how fast they grow up.

David - beautiful! I can see why you'd like that one.

Thank you Stephen...we have several family members that have come for the Birthday Supper...we are traveling thirty miles to the West as the "Winter Show" (a HUGE agriculture show) is in full swing so the Restaurants and Bars are at full capacity in our small town:thumbup:

STUNNING Davison:cool:

Nice ivory Fremont, David! Did they change anything on the blade thickness this time around?

Mainly because it is the new one, the #68 was my first choice but the dealer i usually buy from had just sold his last #68 but still had #66 in Purple Sage and it is the same knife right ? Well i was very happy with the #66 but i tracked down a #68 in Purple Sage and after it arrived i realized they are not the same, firstly the Purple Sage covers are much different, on the #68 they are much darker more like a black cherry and the equal end looks better IMO. I have a #66 Slim in Purple Sage inbound at the moment but i can not see it kicking the #68 out of my pocket. I have oiled the #66 and put it in my EDC box where i am pretty sure the Slim will follow. I am not sure about the Jack, i have found the choice of a sheepsfoot or spey as a secondary blade much more usefull than a pen blade.
I hope i have answered your question. Regards OMR.

OldMan......yes you answered my question. Thanks for the response. Ive just been trying to talk myself OUT of a 68......both stockman and jack........and so far I have been successful. But each time someone mentions one.....im back on the hunt. As of now, I'm comfortable without a 68. However, I reserve the right to change my mind.

So.......maybe I'll go looking for some 68s now.

I blame each and every one of you on this forum for this sickness!

Jim
