Very cool. My dad and I worked in a paper mill most of my life. We always had advertisement knives like that from the various felt companies we dealt with. One day I hope I can find some of them. Thanks for bringing back good memories.

Thanks! Sounds like we're having similar weekends. I haven't done much more than relax so far, but I do plan to take the kids for a hike this afternoon. Aside from that, I spent a fair bit of time yesterday researching two old Sheffield cutlers. Seems I can find bits and pieces, but it's been my experience that researching some of the old Sheffield makers can be akin to pulling teeth.
