Nice pair for sure, W80. I really like that Northfield Barlow. These 2 went to range with me, today. The Mudbug came in real handy. They're not just a pretty face. :D

Ron
Great picture and the furtaker is a super knife...always loved that one!

Tom
The Skala looks the ticket, Sir!!

Stephen

Mark made me get out some Candy to honor this time in Philll's life. I think I will make some bread today:D

A bit late posting here today as I have been off on one of my jaunts :) Hope everyone is having a great weekend

I think that looks real fine

Great-looking Swayback Stephen

Some treasures that Jack sent me. The bottle is an old bottle opener;depress the top and the bottle opener pops out the bottom. Then there is the old coin holder with English sixpences ( 1950s). an 18th century gambling token or Leton in the style of a Half Guinea. An old 1888 ha' penny and the lovely old ivory knife. More to come...

Great pic Gev :)

Jack, is the Otter you carried today the same model Andi carried recently and called "the poor-man's-swayback"? Nice!:thumbup:

Sorry for the slow reply. Yes, it certainly is

Congrats on all the English treasures!:thumbup: Thanks for sharing them with us.
Nicely done, Jack!
I especially like the old coin holder; I had something almost identical to that (even the lanyard and fastener) when I was a lad. ;)

Thanks my friend

Thanks so much, GT! Every piece was a thrill as I took them out of the box one by one! The coin holder is so neat..i had never seen one. Jack really did pick the coolest pieces...I will frame the lot after I share the joy!

I'm very glad you like them Gev

Gevonovich - thank you for the compliment on my swayback. :) I love the striations in the ivory on the knife you posted today; along with the other treasures you shared. The bottle opener and coin holder are just too cool, and I'm happy to say that the gambling token looks familiar. :D Each piece looks to have been a very thoughtful gift. Kudos to Jack, and to you as well for sharing photos of your birthday bounty with all of us.

Thanks Stephen. I picked up about four or five of those Jetons, and they've all been passed on I think :)

Nice combination Paul

Another fantastic pic Gev

I've had my 66 with me today :)

Gevonovich - candy? Yum. Terrific Schrade Walden EO too.

Jack - I always enjoy seeing that photo of your 66. I hope you had an enjoyable jaunt today. :)

BrotherJim - nice looking lock-back Copperhead.

I decided to try to console my Barlow blues after missing out on the latest batch of Charlows by carrying this old Case XX today.

Great looking 66 and picture! Hope the "jaunt" was wonderful. I appreciated the kind words of my pictures:D

Stephen
Thank you, my friend! You can certainly find comfort in that beauty! Wow:thumbup:

Mark
Two great knives! The wood on the bottom one is just fantastic. Very beautiful FB! Tell us more if your of a mind?

Mark - I'd love to see a couple more photos of that folder. Looks to be a modified Sheepsfoot TL-29, but would appreciate any details/photos you'd care to share. Great looking knife, and thanks in advance.
