What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

A #25 and a #36 today:

A new favorite...a Queen Two-blade Wharnecliffe in Amber Stag. It came a bit loosey goosey, so a bit of gentle peening cut down on play and liner gaps but I haven't finished refinishing the bolsters. That said, it showed up spooky sharp. This has similar lines, to my eyes, to the Seahorse but in a small package that's perfect for my coin pocket. And I LOVE the D2.

I like the looks of that! Is it thin? I know there was a review back in January and that was one issue that was raised. I like a single spring knife to be nice and thin.

In any case, it looks like a great little knife and Queen's D2 is excellent, in my opinion. Congrats!

Mark, the jigging on your 2014BF knife is awesome! (plus that's a very classy SBJ)

Tom, it's hard to get a great knife out of your pocket for something else isn't it? That's exactly why I'm carrying my Davison again today...

Thanks Peregrin!

Without breaking out a micrometer, it's roundabout the same thickness as my G-10 Peanut, albeit more tapered at the bolsters. Mine is narrower than the one in the review you noted. I believe these may only available through AGR. I will say, had I not been so fond of the pattern, and namely the shape of the big bellied and well-convexed pen blade, I might've been unhappy with the F&F...but nothing I can't fix for such a fine little setup.

Going through my EDC box today i realised i have not carried the Buckaroo for a while, so i took it out gave the blades a clean, ( i can not really make my mind up about patina, when all is said and done it just looks dirty IMHO ).

Agree with you Jake, nothing else seems to be able to compete with it. I fear I am boring y'all by constantly posting it. ;)

Beautiful Davison btw

Got this in the mail yesterday, so I'm carrying it today. My first Buck from the custom shop, a 110 with S30V blade and elk covers.

It's a much bigger knife than I'm used to, but I like it!
