Great pic  I have not seen that knife before, what is the model?
It's the middle sized Gerber Folding Sportsman. I think they were sized I II and III.
I used to have all three but I'm down to this one.

I hear you, Jim, especially regarding the Boker congress carver! Why don't you go ahead and get one of those right now, and tell us what they're really like? That's the one designed BY a carver FOR carvers, right? I'll totally trust your judgment, Jim; just order now and give me the lowdown!:thumbup:
Thank you, sir!

Thanks, Jack. Hope you're enjoying your new WLST![]()
Thanks for the comment Jack
Sweet little #25 you've got, best not flash it around too much in case P see's it...., oops!
Thanks, Jack. One of the cooler things about that excellent EKA is the stack of three slim springs instead of one fat one. I haven't seen that many broken springs, but I don't mind a little insurance.

Sorry the weather was uncooperative, Jack. I'm not sure what's worse: having outdoor plans that bad weather spoils, or having beautiful weather that one is too busy to enjoy! :thumbdn::thumbedn: Anyway, a fine new knife does bring a rosy perspective to many circumstances, doesn't it?

Thanks. It's the #62 Maverick. And one of my favorites, for sure.
In fact, I'm carrying it again today.
