What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Gevonovich, that picture shows the real beauty of old ebony clad slipjoints. Great looking knives

That's a real nice knife Andi

Two beauties Gev

Nice Arthur Wright sir

I've been walking around on a cloud since yesterday, after receiving a package from Stephen ('Old & In The Way'). As well as a handwritten letter, 2 beautiful old Sheffield folders, and a 1922 Peace silver dollar, there was this fabulous Todd Davison, which Stephen had specially commissioned for me. I'm absolutely over the moon, and think it's the most perfectly-made knife I've ever seen. Even if I AM dreaming, I'd be a fool not to carry it today wouldn't I?! ;)

Thanks Stephen, for being such a thoughtful and generous friend :)

And Mr Davison for making such a superb knife

I could not think of a more deserving and fine gentleman than you, Jack! May you live in the clouds:D Proves again what a fine man Stephen is!!!!

Love the reflection of the coined liners in your photo:cool:

That TA Davison is a real thing of beauty!
As for me

The presidential is keeping me company on this gloomy day while I wait to see if I get an interview at a butcher shop down the street.
Fingers crossed.

Thank you sir, lovely knife :) Good luck with the interview

John I have the standard version and it is a great carry knife, being easy to pinch open was a requisite and Ken accommodated perfectly. The coining is gorgeous and the stag is off the hook on yours, an incredibly nice knife.

Jack - I have suspected Stephen was a great person after lurking on this forum for a long time and this just confirms my suspicions. :o:) What a perfectly magnificent knife to be gifted to another great forum member. This forum really is a special place. :D

More everyday goodness. That's a beauty Jack. Again, two great members caring for others and showing due respect.

In honor of Bob

Take care my friend - we'll look forward to hearing of your return to full health and many pics of the new knife seeing judicious use! :)

Blessings - David
