Really nice picture SAK Guy.:thumbup:;)

Fantastic photo of some fine oldies my friend !!!:thumbup::thumbup::)

I've been walking around on a cloud since yesterday, after receiving a package from Stephen ('Old & In The Way'). As well as a handwritten letter, 2 beautiful old Sheffield folders, and a 1922 Peace silver dollar, there was this fabulous Todd Davison, which Stephen had specially commissioned for me. I'm absolutely over the moon, and think it's the most perfectly-made knife I've ever seen. Even if I AM dreaming, I'd be a fool not to carry it today wouldn't I?! ;)

Thanks Stephen, for being such a thoughtful and generous friend :)

And Mr Davison for making such a superb knife

Fantastic gift and nicely captured detail in the Davison. Looks like the perfect Jack knife.:)

I've been carrying this beauty since it arrived a couple days ago. :D Thank you David!

Great knife Bob - hope you are doing better.:)

Finally picked these ones up from the Post Office today, so for the time being, I'm totin' all of 'em!

Nice post my friend !!!:thumbup::thumbup::)

Thank you Rob. This knife is making me feel better. I put a nice edge on it today while sitting out on the deck. Stropping is good therapy. :D

:eek::eek: that sure looks good Mark!!!:) you were right, that one color is fantastic!

But, your welcome to give her a ride if yall want:o:D

Had the peanut and the 15 with me today at work, got home with enough time to take a quick pic and settle in for USA vs. Mexico.

There are some terrific knives in here.

Bob: That knife puts a smile on my face every time I see it, because i know what it means.

bearsquared: Very nice color and jigging on those outside knives!

Mark: Love the redbone on that Schrade. I thought only Case did redbone like that. Nice find!

Yesterday the unthinkable happened....................I went knifeless by accident!!!!!!:o:(

Thankfully I survived the ordeal and was able to dig my Pioneer out of the couch cushions when I got home from work. The couch had swallowed up my flashlight for a couple days before that. I was finally back to my all black combo again today.:D

Too many wonderful knives posted today to comment on them all, but kudos to everyone. That said, just a few call outs:

Gevonovich - no way that I could not comment on those two wonderful examples you posted. Gorgeous wood covers and equally lovely shields on both.

Jack - you are very welcome my friend. I'm happy to know that you're as taken with it as I was when I first saw it. Todd deserves all the credit for that though. :)

Bob - lots of wonderful forum knives over the years, but you landed one of the finest in my opinion, and a great story behind it too. Congrats!

Jsega51 - beautiful!

Primble - it'd be a shame not to carry those more often, and I suspect you have a few more old Case knives that need some pocket time too. Thanks for the compliment on my carry yesterday. John Lloyd made that one and it's 4 1/8" with Alabama Damascus. I don't see very many Lloyds in jigged bone, but think he did a remarkable job with mine.

I carried something a bit smaller today.
