What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Gorgeous knife and sheath Gary .

This City Knife and brand new Pioneer are helping me in the yard today.

Finally joined the ranks of a person who can see the appeal of a BRK Tom, this beauty came in today. First production run, red micarta, 20cv. I'm sold.

Aha thank you Tom for pushing me over the edge with all the city knives ;)

Bad pic, great knife. :)

I disagree, great pic and great knife by the looks of it. My dogleg jack feels amazing with the S curve in the reverse as this knife is oriented. I can imagine it just molds to the contours of your hand~

Buck 110 and just picked up Buck 301 Stockman I ordered a month ago.
Think I'll carry the 301 for a while and let the 389 take a well earned rest.

It is just one blade. Try googling Barry Wood colt swing knife maybe. Maybe some more pictures will help. Here it is from closed to open at several stages of opening

tdkfm, I did google it, what an interesting knife design and very cool. He was a sailor and needed a knife that opened one handed (no thumb studs). Unfortunately I found out Barry Wood had passed away March 17, 2014. Condolences to his family.

I will indeed Bob, making a bonfire later in the evening with it by my side :D. Whatchu totin' today?
I started the day out with a 55 Dogleg, but switched it out when the mail came. I did a TC Charlow trade with Evan and received a Charlow in African Blackwood with sheepsfoot main and pen secondary. No pics yet.

  me likey!

I set the amber bone 6339 to the side as I am fixin to cut up some roast and taters. Picked up this TB5339 Stag in 2012. It's been out of the box twice since. The pull was a nail ripper. Let it set since yesterday 2/3 open and it's lightened up a bit. Stropped it up and gave it a nice edge.
Only fitting I use it for traditional Saturday night supper tonight. Thanks Mom

May need to perform the sheepsfoot "kick trick" to sink it down a bit. I think I'll carry it a spell.

Wow folks, I just browsed the past few pages with my mouth open! :D Some great knives and really outstanding shots :)

Sunday here, and I can't resist slipping my Davison in my pocket :)
