What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Sorry to hear camping didn't work out but at least the handle on that pukko looks amazing ;) One trick I use before walking my dog is laundry fresh lint sheets.

I've read the bit about the dryer sheets 10 times and I'm still scratching my head. Do you...rub your clothes with dryer sheets to keep away bugs? Does the dog carry them in a little whiskey barrel around his neck? :D

Just realised that I always forget to include the North River. I may not use it everyday but it's always on me. Today's carry.

I always love seeing your pairings/trios, and this one's no exception. These three look marvelous together.

Ahah yeah you rub them on your clothes/skin to deter insects and mosquitoes.

Thank you Dadpool for the compliment and likewise :)
He does carry his own food and water in his little two pack backpack but I might have to see about that whiskey next time..Perhaps a DOG Bugout Bag is in need. :D :D

Today was a Ka-Bar coppersmith dogshead barlow, which I've only had for a couple of days. It came sharp though, so I dropped it in the pocket.

Most days it's a tru-sharp Case peanut in "prime stag" scales.

Running a bit behind, long hike yesterday, and then my internet failed last night. Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend :)

I really like this pic Stephen, certainly much better than anything Andy Warhol ever did ;)

Hope you had a great time with your gals Kris, lovely fixed-blade

Thanks, Jack for the reminder;)

Great pair of weekend blades r8shell :) And Thanks ;thumbup:

Jack - you look to be well equipped for your hike tomorrow, and I hope you enjoy it. We're heading out in the morning to play a round of 'footgolf' before the temperature warms up too much (high of 92º tomorrow).

Thanks Stephen, I had a good hike yesterday, lots of sunshine here at the moment, though it was a little windy. Hope you're having a great weekend my friend

KBA...You're wedding? If so, Congratulations.

Yeah, about time Brett! ;) :D

My sister's. Thanks though. He asked for my blessing. He's a stand up guy.

Good stuff my friend, hope all goes well

Lovely Stephen, may I ask what it is? :)

I was out early this morning to a 'car-boot sale' at the lovely North Yorkshire village of Ripley - no knives, but I got a nice box :D Had my RJ in pocket, and have now added my Todd Davison

Primble, that's a gorgous fixed blade. You seem to be posting a few more fixed blades lately. I think you are on to something. Fixed blades are very collectable. Like IPOs in the 90's sure to increase in value. You should free up some space and funds by unloading all those folders you have taking up space. Let me know if you need help moving some folders. :) :)

Thanks Rob. That Southington; Wow! That Humphrey always grabs my attention too.

Thank you my friend. :thumbup::)

Thank you Curtis ! I think I see where you are going - maybe !??:confused::confused:

I really like the little Humphreys, but, hopefully they are just a branch off the river. ;):D

If not, I will be sure and let you know. :D

Jack - thanks! It's a 3 1/2" ebony William Rodgers (I Cut My Way) sleeveboard. Glad to hear that you enjoyed your hike, and despite not finding any knives, I hope the visit to Ripley was also enjoyable. :) We managed to beat the worst of the heat yesterday, but unfortunately not the humidity. By the time we finished our round of footgolf, I had a sore big toe and my clothes were all drenched with sweat. We're planning to take it easy today with nothing more strenuous planned than hanging out and staying cool at the pool later today.

Primble - two wonderful carry choices today.

Miller Bros. Cut. Co. today.

Thanks for the info on the William Rodgers my friend, it's a nice one for sure, and I see you're carrying another ebony beauty today, absolutely wonderful :) My trip out this morning was very pleasant thank you, lovely weather, and a beautiful setting - despite the lack of knives! :D I hope that you have a nice relaxing Sunday. It's late afternoon here, and I think it might be time to open a bottle of wine ;)

I just got back from an invigorating hike to the grocery store. Carried this SAK, ready for anything, but no adventures presented themselves.

It's still morning here, but I'm tempted to do the same thing.:D
