Haha, I knew some one would say something like that. I carry a Leatherman religiously. It just better fits my job requirements, so it almost always wins when I go to grab my multi tool of the day.
I have really been loving those resolzas lately. So elegant...

Bought on the exchange from another forum member - 1977 Case XX 6292 Texas Jack in brown bone (I think). Kicked the 1989 6292 out for the time being.

Know what you mean. I've got a 6308 and 6208 1970s 10-dot that I'm pretty fond of.

Beautiful case knives and photos guys, Daddyo16, I bought this 6392 from sketch32 and was really surprised how heavy duty and well made this one is. The highly polished blades are very well done and look great with the dark bone scales. Firebeard, I have a copperlock that is very nice with perfect lockup as well. I have a lot of the newer case knives and have found them to be hit or miss but this '73 is super nice. My cell phone pic does not do it justice.

Carried the Coleman Camper today, and worked on my first whittling job (yes, never done it before).
...
Nice first fish, choombak! Will your next whittling project be Calvin, or will it be Hobbes?? :p

...Putting some Caharlow Power in my pocket today ;)
...
More power to you, Jack!;)

AG Russell Cattaraugus Trapper and a City Knife today.
...
Fine photo, Tom. I'm usually not much of a trapper fan myself, but I've never tried one that had a Philips driver on it! :D:D

... I need an antiquated mouse trap and some biotopes for enhanced picture effects!
...
LOL!! Good one, Mark! :p:p

Jade bone med Stockman.
...
Very cool pics!! I love the effect of the squares on the spine in your first photo!:cool::cool:

...Picked this one from the knife plant.
...
Nice photo, Dean; can you send me some seeds for that knife plant? I'd love to try growing one of those! ;);)

Thanks GT. I'll be checking the TC plant harvest again later. :)

I like that electrician. Rough Rider really does make some attractive knives. I have two and am impressed with the F&F on both.

The Lon Humphrey Whitetail and 3rd cut stag Potassium Permanganate TC today - both in one pocket sheath:

They're amazing knives. If you can find one in the medium size apposed to the 4'in handle variety I'd say pick it up. Great acute point/they really put as much blade as they can into that horn handle.

I was totin' some Great Eastern 440C today in anticipation of......................:)

This Viper is so slick and smooth I can hardly keep my hand out of my pocket!!! :D:eek::D:eek:

Lovely photo! I should try the Viper... always have been fascinated by this knife, but never got around to trying it. Your photo now forces me to get one... :)

I agree, Dean. When I first started lurking around this forum, someone suggested that RR provided an inexpensive way to try out various patterns. So I found a set of 12 RRs in amber jigged bone that cost $7 per knife shipped and was stunned by how well-made and sharp they were. I couldn't imagine how more popular knives that cost 10 or 15 times as much could be 10 or 15 times better in quality.

...Thanks GT  I've only just noticed the typo in my post! Doh! :o
You're welcome, Jack. I don't know what the etiquette is here: if one quotes a post and notices a typo, should one correct it or let it stand (perhaps with the annoying "sic" annotation)??? :o

Go for it choombak they're amazing knives. The size may a bit large for some but they work great for me as a primary knife of the day.

Rain off and on all day , so I am staying in , Kind of like a Saddlehorn kind of day.

Stag and Smooth Bone with worked Bolsters.

It was my 92 again today. I can't get over how much a bit of geometry on the handle can do to make a knife so very interesting.
