Kyle it's good to see it out

I'm loving this 73! The pull has already lightened to a hair stiffer than perfect. :D

The birds were going crazy this morning.
Thanks! I'm happy to put it use!

You're 73 has my interest peaked..... Like I need another knife lol.

New Queen scout along for the ride today.

Smashing!

My newest addition...

Nice 22 Erik

Thanks for reminding me of some of your splendid pocket slips, Jack, and thanks for the compliments on my knives. (I don't deserve compliments on the knives, since they were fantastic gifts, but at least I have the good sense to carry them! :D) VERY fine Joseph Rodgers stockman today, Jack!:thumbup:

Thanks again my friend :)

Jack
Great picture of a fine carry today. Keep living the life!!:D

Thanks pal, loving that old Robeson you're carrying today, page-turner 'n' all! ;) :D

Great shots, Brett!! That is one good looking knife, my friend:thumbup::thumbup:

+1

Headed over to Sheffield early in the morning. The 'metalwork gallery' in the central museum has just re-opened and I'm hoping to pay a visit, hopefully take a few pics :) Going to be carrying these two

This just arrived today. It is a beautiful knife. I shouldn't need another knife ever. Bah Ha Ha.

I am carrying it around the house. I hope that counts! :) This was purchased on the exchange....thanks Primble.

Hum, I was a little heavy handed with the sharpening slider...my apologies.

sorry for the previous post still trying to figure out how to past and use a computer

Not a problem. We've all been there. Registered users need to use a hosting service, like Photobucket. Just copy and paste the IMG code in you post. It'll look like this,

Thanks GT. I've definitely fallen in love with these old Catts.

Nice collection of knives in your pocket, as usual. Your slip is really interesting, too! Any information on that?
Thanks, Jordan; that slip is one I "discovered" as I was tearing apart an old beat-up baseball glove to repurpose some of the leather. It's part of the wrist strap of the glove. Here's a photo of another pocket sheath that I "discovered" in a piece of the webbing of the same glove.

Beautiful sowbelly, Duane! Chestnut bone? I've been thinking about getting one of those, and yours certainly does NOT change my mind!:thumbup:

Superb covers, Brett!!:cool: Are they stag? The color sure looks staggy, but the texture seems too regular for stag.

Hope you have a good visit, Jack! Those 2 knives look very appropriate for a museum visit.;) Actually, are you able to carry your knives in the museum, or do you have to check them at the door??

That's pretty great! I love the look and have to give you a  . I never would have thought to use an old baseball glove for slip material.

Thanks, Jordan. :) The best part is that I didn't have to do any stitching myself, which is a good thing, given my current skill level. :o The one from the webbing just needed some existing stitches removed to make an entry and to transform it from a flat piece of folded leather into a "pouch", and the one from the wrist strap just needed to be cut to the appropriate length; the only tool needed in either case was a sharp knife, of which I had several! :D:D

Great looking trapper tj! The case yellow trapper is probably the most popular/most carried knife here in south central TX.
