Thanks a lot Ron, I know how you feel, lovely Ancient! :D

Thanks, Jack. :) I think my buck stag canoe may have debuted here exactly 4 months ago: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1257789-Stag-Saturday-Let-s-See-Some-Stag!?p=14975746&highlight=GT+Buck#post14975746
You picked a particularly pleasant pair; that slender sleeveboard must be hard to resist!

Thanks GT, for both the compliment and the reminder :) Great choices there

Jack - two excellent examples today, both new and old. The best of both worlds.

As stated above, Primble inspired my carry choice for today. In addition to the inspiration, I also have to give him credit for the spa treatment and photo he provided for my old dogleg. A special knife for me. Thanks again my friend. :) :D

Gevonovich I've never had poached eggs with pears. Great pic. Now I'm hungry and the one pear I have isn't ripe yet.

Thanks all who commented on the knives, much appreciated.
This one keeps jumping in my pocket.

I like the color of the stag on that BF knife.:)

Thanks Gev, I do love my bread, that seeded sourdough loaf didn't last long :)

Wouldn't last long here neither Jack ! ;):D

Very nice half whittler Ken !:D

Primble I love seeing pics of those old Catts! They did some of the most astonishing jigging i've seen.

Thank you Joker - I love their bone and their unique swedge cuts as well. :)

Neat picture Gevo !! You shamed me since I had two fried eggs, bacon, a homemade biscuit, and home fries for breakfast (and skipped lunch ;):D)

I had a two hour conversation with the 86 year old Smitty over at the Inn. Lots of fishing talk and he mentioned that he used to be the Kentucky State boxing champion, talked about growing up on the farm, later a butcher, etc., the old days. At one point I pulled out the two Catts and handed them to him to examine and told him they were WWII age or older and he was star struck. I think I saw teary eyes. ;):D

Going Ancient today!

Great pic of the Scratted bone Gary and the Ike added a nice touch. :)

pistonsandgears - wonderful looking 15 you carried yesterday, and two equally wonderful carries today.

Jack - two excellent examples today, both new and old. The best of both worlds.

Jolipopa - very interesting photos. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Mark - I love that Northfields you're carrying today. Outstanding!

Primble - wonderful photos and knives. I hope you had some luck with the fish today. :) You inspired my carry today as I pocketed a distant cousin to your beautiful Catts which I think you might recognize. :D

Gary - so much to like about that one. I can see why it'd get a lot of pocket time.

Erik - very handsome knife with a hearty and useful looking blade. I'm not familiar with Trestle Pine Knives. Would love to hear your thoughts about it if you care to share.

Dean - great looking Radio Jack.

Trand - terrific teardrop.

Dan - Great looking 77.

Jake - awesome Davison. I think you've just inspired my carry for tomorrow. :)

JSCHENK - I drool every time I see that spring green courthouse whittler. What a beauty!

Gevonovich - wonderfully inspired photo. Made me smile! :)

Luc - beautiful photo and Charlow.

Joe - very classy looking conductor.

SadSappySucker - lovely photo of your presidential.

Ron - thank you! That's a terrific looking ancient barlow your carrying today.

Harry - marvelous stag on those two. I can see why you've chosen to carry them for the past couple weeks.

GT - thank you. Looks like you've got your pockets full with some wonderful knives yourself.

As stated above, Primble inspired my carry choice for today. In addition to the inspiration, I also have to give him credit for the spa treatment and photo he provided for my old dogleg. A special knife for me. Thanks again my friend. :) :D

Very nice old Catt Stephen!!!!! I keep looking for an old one , but no luck so far. Great photo also.

Harry

Glad I could influence you some for today Stephen...I love that Davison. Nice scales, great shield and to be honest, I like the shadow pattern. Not every knife needs a bolster!

I'm carrying my jig bone Davison pen knife again today.
